Hossein Sahra’s professional journey has always revolved around one core theme: bridging the gap between global strategy and local opportunity.
After years immersed in international business culture and education in Canada, where he studied International Business Management at Conestoga College, Hossein returned to Iran in 2006. He joined Ericsson’s Sourcing Department, where he developed deep expertise in negotiation, agreement settlement, and cross-border procurement, mastering how global standards must be adapted to thrive in local markets.
In 2013, after Iran’s sanctions era reshaped the commercial landscape, he relocated to Kish Island, where he founded Kish Consult, a consulting firm that enabled Iranian companies to collaborate with international partners and elevate their business practices to global expectations. That work led to the creation of Iran Consulting Group (ICG), a more structured, future-ready platform built on hard-earned insights, trusted networks, and a clear vision.

Hamid Tehrani

Hamid Tehrani is a serial entrepreneur and executive with over two decades of experience in construction, information technology, international trade, and real estate development. His career began in 2001 and grew through key leadership roles, including Board Member and CEO positions at several major companies based in Kish Island, Iran. He notably founded BATAB, Iran’s first advanced real estate search application, and led the successful development of three high-rise residential towers (over 800 units) and two major retail malls (over 200 shops). He also spearheaded exclusive partnership agreements with leading Finnish firms, introducing global quality standards to the Iranian market.
Since 2021, Hamid has been based in Toronto, Canada, where he serves as CEO of Tehrani Exchange, Board Member of Gisha Exchange, and owner of Constronto, a company specializing in renovation and new-build residential construction. With a unique blend of on-the-ground experience in Iran and current business operations in Canada, Hamid acts as a trusted bridge for companies seeking opportunities on both sides of the globe, blending technical expertise, market insight, and a strong international network.
Kazem Shie
ICG Ambassador, Russia
Kazem Shie is a seasoned international business consultant with over 30 years of hands-on experience across Central Asia and Russia, spanning industries from construction and agriculture to food trade and logistics. He began his commercial journey in Almaty, Kazakhstan in 1994, and has been based in Moscow since 2000, actively developing trade corridors between Iran and northern markets. He currently serves on the board of Daneh Talaei Co., a company focused on agro-trade and regional commerce.
Throughout his career, Kazem has built deep expertise in cross-border trade operations, including exports from Iran, imports into Russia and CIS countries, and transit logistics to neighboring regions. His knowledge of contract structuring, payment solutions under sanctions, and secure, efficient shipping routes makes him an invaluable guide for companies navigating the complexities of doing business between Iran and the broader Eurasian region.
Mohammad Pour

With over two decades of experience in hospitality, tourism, and event management, Mohammad Pour brings a unique blend of operational expertise and strategic consulting. He has successfully led large-scale events and advised on tourism development projects across the Middle East, UK, Northern Ireland, and Ireland, giving him a deep, practical understanding of diverse market environments.
As Iran Consulting Group’s ambassador in the UK, Mohammad offers valuable insights for companies seeking cross-border opportunities in hospitality and related sectors. With experience as a university lecturer in Hospitality and Tourism, he combines industry and academic perspective to support clients in both public and private sectors, building bridges between Europe and Iran through well-informed, culturally aware partnerships.
With over 19 years of leadership experience across Iran, Kuwait, and Oman, Hojjat Samanian has overseen major industrial and infrastructure projects in sectors including oil & gas, petrochemicals, food, and construction. He has held senior roles such as CEO, Project Manager, and Business Development Director, bringing together technical expertise, cross-cultural understanding, and strategic insight.
As Iran Consulting Group’s ambassador in Oman, Hojjat plays a key role in bridging regional opportunities. He supports business development, contract strategy, and local partnerships for clients expanding into or out of the Persian Gulf. Known for his integrity and precision, Hojjat is committed to helping companies grow through trusted, well-structured collaborations between Iran and its neighbors.
